Painting with Q-Tips! ☆ Small Kids

Hello, from Small Kids! This week we did a lot of fun things!

We want to show you something new that we did. Our teacher gave us q tips to paint with!  Usually, you use these in your ears to clean them, but we used them to develop our fine motor skills! Painting with q tips helps develop the small muscles in our fingers and hands, which is really important for our growth! It also helps us develop good hand-eye coordination, and dexterity in our fingers! Besides all that, we found it super fun!

First, we dipped our q tip into our green and red paint. We painted a Christmas tree to get into the holiday spirit!

This friend really liked using red!

Some friends were trying to make dots, but these friends decided to smear the paint to create this type of picture!

This friend was sitting with our teacher while she was making the sample art, so he was trying to copy how she did it. Our teacher thought that was so cute.

These friends really had a fun time doing this craft. They did not want to stop! Their dots were also very precise! Our teacher was glad to see them enjoying it.

Here our finished products! Our teacher hopes we can do this project again later in the year, to see our progress!! It was really fun for us, and we hope our Mommies and Daddies enjoy!!! Good job as always, Small Kids <3
