Teamwork Makes the Dream Work! ☆ Kindy 3

Hello, everyone.

This week we had a great time practicing teamwork in the gym! We played different games that helped us learn to work together, listen to each other, and have fun as a team.

First, we played the Human Knot game where each team held hands in a big tangle, and their challenge was to untangle themselves without letting go. It was tricky, but with some talking we could help each other to solve the puzzle.

Then, we used our bodies to spell some letters on the floor. Can you read it?

Then we tried to make some hearts. It was a bit difficult, so we got a leader for each team. The leader gave directions and helped their friends lie down in the right place. It was great to see everyone working together and listening carefully.

We did a couple balloon relays too, just for fun and to get a little more exercise. The first round, we pushed the balloons using air pumps. The second round we had to run while keeping the balloon up into the air. It was so funny to watch.

Today we had fun in the gym with the Tryle teacher, too. We played a stretching game in pairs. We played Rock, Scissors, Paper and if we lost, we had to stretch our legs a little bit wider... until we fell over! Everyone loved it and laughed so much.

How low can we go?

Afterwards, we played Survival Dodgeball! There was only one ball, and we had to run away from the ball, but also try to pick it up to throw it at others. It was a really exciting way to play dodgeball, we should play it again sometime!

We learned about teamwork and communicaton, and also got some exercise and had lots of fun. It was wonderful to see the big smiles on everyones faces!
