Where's my broom? ☆ Kindy 2

Hello everyone!
This month our language arts book matches the Halloween theme. Our book is all about a witch how has lost her broom!
When we start working on our book we always make sure to go over the words we have to write for that page.
"What is the first word?"
"It's witch".
It's also important to know what the date is!
"What's the date today?"
"Monday the 23rd!"
We always make sure to try our best when spelling in our books!
Once we have finished the page we are working on, Laken and Manami make sure to check our spelling and neatness.
"What double phonics makes a 'ch' sound?"
We always make sure to go over what happened on the page we are doing.
"Where did she look for her broom?"
"She looked under her bed".
One of our favorite things to do is practice reading with friends!
"Take turns reading one page each".
We have been practicing reading as a class and learning how to follow along when our friends are reading. We always make sure to go over the details of the book together!
"What was the witch looking for?"
"Her broom!"
"Where did she look for her broom?"
"She looked under the bed!"
