Rainy Day Frogs♪☆Small Kids (1 year old class)
Hello☆This is Small Kids (1 year old class)!
We hope our Mommies loved their Mother's Day presents that we made last week. It was so much fun! We love making crafts.
One day last week, it was too rainy to go outside. So, we made frogs out of paper plates and origami paper!
First, we got light and dark green origami paper. Our teachers gave us a small plate, and a glue stick as well!
We practiced our fine motor skills by ripping our green papers into pieces! Rip, rip, rip!
Then, with some assistance from our new teacher, Tristen, we glued the pieces of paper onto our plates. Stick, stick, stick! We were having so much fun, and our frogs were looking good. But, they needed one last thing! Eyes! Our teachers helped us glue eyes onto our plates, to make our craft come to life. They looked so cute !
When all of our friends were finished, we took our frogs to the mat to play. Ribbit, ribbit, ribbit!
We played with our friends and teachers by opening and closing the mouth of our frogs. It was so fun to use our imaginations. Everyone was laughing and having a good time.
We can't wait to make more crafts, especially on rainy days.
Good job Small Kids!
