Hearts & Sprinkles: Valentine’s Cake Pops! ☆Kindy 2
2025/02/14
Happy Valentines Day Family and Friends!
Today was a special day in Kindy 2 as we celebrated Valentine’s Day together! We made delicious chocolate cake pops and even added colorful sprinkles. It was a wonderful activity that brought the class together, creating a fun and memorable bonding experience.
As part of our learning about grams and kilograms, we also used our scale to measure the cake pops and see how many grams each one weighed. The students loved exploring the concept of weight and comparing what feels light and what feels heavy. It was a hands-on, engaging activity that combined learning with a tasty treat!
We started by stirring and melting smooth, creamy chocolate. Once it was ready, we carefully drizzled the chocolate over our cake pops, covering them in tasty coating. To finish, we added colorful sprinkles on top—making each cake pop a work of art! It was a fun, handson experience, and everyone enjoyed their tasty creations.
We also made Valentine's Day cards by writing 'Happy Valentine's Day' on them and decorating them with hearts and cute designs that we drew ourselves. It was a fun and creative activity, and the cards turned out so cute!
Fun, educational, and delicious—a perfect Valentine’s Day in Kindy 2!
