Here We Go! ☆ Kindy 3 Begins!

Hello, everyone.

It’s the first week of the new school year, and we are officially the oldest kids in the school! 🎉

Our classroom theme this year is Amusement Park. We hope to bring a bit of theme park fun into our days in Kindy 3, while we learn, grow, and take on new challenges together. We’re so excited for the ride ahead of us! 

We have a big dragon roller coaster decorating our classroom wall, but it was missing something important—kids riding on it! To add a personal touch and make our classroom feel more like home, we each drew and colored pictures of ourselves to place on the ride.

Before we got started, we had a quick lesson on some simple ways to draw faces and bodies, so everyone could draw their best self-portraits! Everyone thought the faces were really funny. Then it was our turn to draw and color.

We had fun sharing our drawings with each other before cutting them out and adding them to the roller coaster.

And here they are! They all looked really cute. Everyone did a really good job of drawing realistic pictures of themselves. Please feel free to come inside and see them if you visit the classroom. Let's have a great year together, Kindy 3!
