Turning Into Mermaids ⛤ Kindy 1

Hi Kindy 1 family and friends! 

This month in Kindy 1 we have been learning about ocean animals! We have really enjoyed learning about all types of ocean animals like jellyfish, whales, fish, and even mermaids! We have been playing lots of flashcards games, painting fish with our hands and completing colour-by-number activities to explore and learn about our ocean animals!

This week, we got to turn ourselves into super colorful mermaids! We got rid of our legs and now have beautiful tails that we got to color in however we liked! 

We were so excited to see ourselves as mermaids!!

We were so creative! 

Rainbow colours are the best!  

We are super proud of our mermaids!

Our mermaids are now displayed with our fish paintings from last week, come take a look next time you are near our classroom!
