Our Masterpieces! ☆ Kindy 1

Hello Kindy 1 friends and family!
In June we have been focusing on colours and doing lots of painting, as seen in our other blog. Last week we got to explore freely with color as a culmination of all our hard work.
We each got 3 colours to use each, and using our hands as our tools we covered our white sheets of paper with fingerprints, handprints and lots of other smudges!
So messy!!
Once our paint dried, we have taken a picture of the silhouette of our face, and cut it out to make beautiful pieces of art!
We had so much fun learning about light and dark colors, and different color mixes such as;
- Red and Blue make Purple!
- Blue and Yellow make Green!
- Red and Yellow make Orange!
- White and any color makes the Light version of the color!
