Learning about Time! ☆ Kindy 1

This month in Kindy 1, we have been learning about how to tell the time and what times are important in our day! 

We started by learning about seconds, minutes and hours. We have been looking at the clock in our room to help us tell the time, especially our important times like lunchtime, hometime and playtime!

To help us learn, we decided to make a flower clock that we can all individually use during our activities! First, we needed to trace our numbers 1-12. We carefully traced with our gray pencil, making sure we followed all the dotted lines. 

Then we got to colour our petals making sure to use many different colours for our pretty flowers!

Once our flowers were finished, we laminated them and now are using them to tell the time. We copied Aleesha today to show '9 o'clock', '12 o'clock', '2:30' and '6 o'clock' on our own clocks!

We are having fun telling the time!
