Autumn Royalty - Leaf Crowns! ☆ Preschool

Hello, everyone! Preschool here with another fun craft! This time, we get back to nature a bit by incorporating real leaves into our work!

Some of them are big and others are a little bit smaller - let's check them out! Show us the best one you've found!

The first part of the process involves spreading finger glue all over the area we want our leaves to stick. We're careful not to cover our precious faces with the glue so that the leaves don't hide us away! These are our crowns!

The leaf selection process can be intense with so many to choose from. Deciding how to arrange your crown is a very important task. How can we get it juuuuuust right? 

Spread spread, stick stick! It's a little messy, but we love crafts! Some of us enjoyed the sensation of the glue more than others - the sticky slimy feeling can be a bit intimidating.

The result of our labor! It's worth the wait! We have to do our best to make sure our crowns are perfect. Is there anything missing? More glue or leaves?

At the end of the day, we all made fantastic leaf crowns! We njoy having such a free and open-ended craft to do that allows us to show our creativity to everyone! It's so much fun to work together to decorate the classroom with our own crafts, but it's even more fun when our own faces are included! Excellent job, Preschool!!
