Go, Sponges, Grow! ☆ Preschool

Hello, everyone! This week, preschool has an exciting new activity to share! We have a pack of sponges shaped like fruits and one shaped like transportation!
....however! The catch is that the sponges are inside little capsules! They're called Magic Grow Capsules!
While hot water does speed up the process, we still can't wait to see what's inside! We even started a little chant: 🎶 What's going to come out? What's going to come out? 🎶
Let's put them in together! 3...2...1...! Plop! Now we have to wait for the water to melt away the capsule... it's so exciting to guess! Is it an apple? Will it be a helicopter?
As the capsules dissolve and the sponges grow, we're able to use our vocabulary terms easily to identify the transportation and fruits!
Look, look! It's almost all the way unfurled! What is it?
Our shapes all came out so clear, we could name all of them easily!
We hope you enjoyed our exciting experiment! We loved watching the sponges "hatch" from capsule to shape over and over! Amazing job working on your vocabulary and patience, Preschool!!!
