Team Games are so Fun! ☆ Kindy 1

We have been having so much fun in Kindy 1 learning about Team Games in Physical Development!

Kindy 1 has been learning how to work as a team to win and have fun in various games. Two of the games we have been enjoying are 'Dodgeball' and 'Cops and Robbers'. 

In 'Dodgeball', Kindy 1 is seperated into two teams and try their best to throw the balls at the opposite team. If they got hit by a ball on their body, they were 'Out', and they had to sit out until one team had no players left. The team with the most remaining players wins!

Kindy 1 were very careful in making sure they didn't get hit, and didn't cross the barrier. Both teams had lots of fun playing 'Dodgeball'!

We've also been playing a game called 'Cops and Robbers'. In this game, there are 3 'Cops' (another word for policeman) who need to catch the 'Robbers' and take them to jail! We used our cubbyhouse outside for the jail. 

Are you ready Cops? "Yes!" 

Are you ready Robbers? "Yes!!"

"GO!"

When our Robbers were caught, they were ushered to jail!

If there was another Robber outside of the jail, we can shout "Help Please!" and can be rescued if the Robber isn't caught! 

Kindy 1 has really been enjoying Team Games, and learning how to complete games together rather than alone in order to win! We will keep learning new games such as soccer, basketball and more!
