Let's play in the sand! ☆ Small Kids

The weather was so sunny and beautiful last week that we decided to play in the sand pit as much as possible! 

At first they were all weary of the sand and getting dirty, but soon after seeing the teachers get in and bring out the toys they joined in and started to have lots of fun! 

Once everyone got comfortable we got out a lot of toys to dig up the sand to make a hole or make a big pile of sand, others enjoyed using the toys to make sand castles and sand animals.

With the cups and plates we pretended to make yummy food for everyone.

Do you like the feeling of the sand on your hands? 

When going outside to play before lunch some kids started to point to the sandpit to see if we will go in and play. They get very excited when we said yes .😁 

I'm happy they enjoy playing with the sand and weren't afraid of getting dirty. 

What was your favourite part of playing in the sandpit? 

When the rain stops let's all play in the sand again together ❤️
