Pinch, Pull, Playdough! ☆ Preschool
2026/10/01
Hello, everyone! This week preschool is going to show you another way to build our motor skills!
We love to use our hands to make new and interesting things with playdough! It's a lot of fun to feel the soft material on our palms and fingertips!
Of course it's exciting to show off what we've done with the clay! Big smiles all around for creativity!
Let's try... making it flat like a pancake!
Maybe rolling it into a small ball? Let's see it!
There's so many interesting and unique things to make with playdough using our own two hands!
The fun doubles when we introduce playdough toys into the mix! There's so many more ways to play!
We want to practice our scissor skills! There's no bad time to start working on the proper way to hold scissors!
It's so fun to use a roll cutter to see what kind of patterns show up when we turn it in different directions! Using a spatula to smooth out the lumpy playdough takes a lot of focus, especially when the spatula is so so small!
We're always looking for new and different ways to practice our motor skills, and playdough is an excellent way to explore what we can do and how different tools change the shape and outcome of our creations! Way to go, Preschool!
