Orange Hat Clipping Practice ☆ Preschool

Hello, everyone! Preschool here! This week we're refining our orange hat storage skills! The first step is to put the orange hat on the floor so we can see the orange top. Next, we fold the hat twice to give us a nice place to clip it!

As you can see, the folding is going well! We have a lot of focus on our dexterity, making sure we don't move the hat too much before we have a chance to clip it. 

For now, since it's only practice, we can get help with the blue clip. The clip can be tricky to do, so we're also working on our grip strength! We need to be strong to make the clip stay open while we put it on the hat!

Once the hat is folded and the clip is in hand, we can clip the hat nicely on our own! We're so talented, we can make even this look easy! There's only one thing left to do!

Finally, once we've mastered the clip, the last step is to hang the orange hat in our cubbies by the loop on the end of the blue clip! Then we're all ready to go for the next time we have outside playtime! 

What a great start! We're going to keep practicing with our orange hats as often as possible, so we can become more confident in our abilities day by day! Wonderful job, Preschool!
