Changing Seasons! ☆ Kindy 1

Hello family and friends of Kindy 1! 

Over the last few weeks, Kindy 1 has been learning about the different seasons that we experience over the year. We have discussed what events and weather occurs in each season and what season we like the best!

To show our learning, we have worked together to create a weather tree to display our seasons on the wall! 

To do this, we stuck different coloured paper and other materials onto circles to create four different season trees. 

For Winter, we used packing peanuts and cotton to create a cold snowy tree! 

For Spring, we used pink paper as the cherry blossoms that bloom so beautifully in April.

For Autumn, we used a mix of red, yellow, orange and green to showcase the changing leave colours. 

Finally, for Summer we used light and dark greens to show the lovely trees in the warm weather. 

Kindy 1 had so much fun using their gluesticks and working with their friends ~

We made sure that there was no white spaces on our paper left over, so we could have a beautiful display for our room.

It turned out great! Kindy 1 can be super proud of their teamwork and fantastic effort in creating our 'What's the Season?' wall!!
