Pumpkin Carving - Scooping Up Fun!

Hello everyone, Preschool here! This week, we're going to take out the insides of some pumpkins to make Jack-o-lanterns!!! Once the top has been removed from the pumpkin, the scooping begins!
Let's try our best! It feels very slimy and sticky! Some of us don't want to touch something like this!
The trick to getting as many seeds as possible is to really reach down down down to the bottom!
Once we have a good grip, we have to pull as hard as we can! The seeds and strings might be stuck to the wall of the pumpkin, but with all of our strength we can scoop out....
.... so many seeds!!! The inside of the pumpkin might be slimy and strange, but we are brave and strong!
Maybe, though, reaching directly into the pumpkin is not someone's cup of tea! It might be better to look at the seeds openly in a bowl!
We also think the carving itself is fascinating! We have to be careful to stay at a safe distance, but it's so fun to watch!
Finally, we'll pose excitedly around the pumpkin we worked so hard to clean out! Amazing job, Preschool! Happy Halloween! 🎃
